오늘부터 연재되는 인터뷰 스킬!!!!

오늘은 가장먼저 인터뷰에 가서 해야하는것과 하지 말아야하는것들에 대해서 알아보겠습니다.

Do! (해야하는것들)

1. Look directly at the interviewer. (인터뷰를 하는 분을 보셔요.)
2. Elaborate briefly​ on your experience, your skills, and background. (구체적이며 간단하게 자기의 기술과 배경 그리고 경험을 말하세요)
3. Be sincere. Sell yourself without bragging. (진실하십시요. 자랑질없이 당신을 표현하십시요)
4. Share what appeals to you about the employer or the work. (회사와 고용주의 첫인상(?) 느낌을 말해보세요.)
5. Be natural and let your real self show. (자연스럽고 진짜 당신을 보여주세요.)
6. Think before you answer. It is quite acceptable to pause before responding in order to organize your thoughts. (대답하기전에 생각을하세요. 대답전 당신의 생각을 정리하기 위해 잠시 멈추는 것에 대해서 대부분의 회사는 관대합니다.)
7. When you don’t know something, acknowledge it and express your willingness to learn it. (어떤 모르는 지식에는 당신이 그것에 대해 배울 준비가 되어있음을 보여주세요.)
8. Be a good listener. If you are asked a question you don’t understand, ask for clarification. (상대방 말에 경청하시고, 당신이 잘 알아듣지 못한 질문을 받으면, 다시 확인해서 물어보세요. .)
9. Be calm and poised. Be aware of your nervous habits, and try to keep them under control. (불안한 모습등을 잘 컨트롤해서 긴장을 풀고 침착하세요.)
10. Shut the door on your troubles. Try to avoid discussions about family or financial problems. Think about what you can do for the employer. (가족 또는 금전적인 문제에 대해 대화를 하지마세요. 회사나 고용주에게 당신이 할수있는것을 생각하세요)
11. Leave as soon as the interview is over. (인터뷰가 끝나고 바로 나가세요)
12. Thank the interviewer for having the opportunity to talk with him/her. (인터뷰 기회를 준거대해 감사를 전하십시요.)
13. Say good-bye to the receptionist. A good word from this source may help. (리셉션에 친철히 굿바이 인사를 해주세요. 리셉션과의 좋은 관계가, 취직에 도움이 될 수도 있습니다. .)

 

Don’ts! (하지말아야 할것들)

1. Exaggerate or compare yourself to others. (과장하거나 자신과 다른사람을 비교하지 마세요.)
2. Cross your arms across your chest. This gesture will make you seem defensive. (팔짱을 끼지 마십시오. 이런 제스처는 방어적으로 보입니다.)
3. Place anything on the desk between you and the interviewer such as briefcase or portfolio. It will appear to be a barrier. ( 인터뷰어와 여러분 사이에 서류가방또는 포트폴리오등을 놓지 마십시요 그것이 벽이 됩니다.)
4. Give just “yes” and “no” answers. One-liners are conversation stoppers. (“예” 또는 “아니요” 같은 단순대답은 대화를 멈추게 합니다. )
5. Use flattery. An interviewer will recognize flattery and consider you insincere. (아부는 당신이 성실하지 않게 보이게 합니다.)
6. Argue with the interviewer. (인터뷰 보는 분과 논쟁을 하지 마십시요.)
7. Criticize your old job or boss. (당신의 예전직장과 상사에 대한 비판을 하지하세요.)
8. Discuss politics, religion, or controversial subjects. ( 정치 또는 종교등 논쟁거리가 되는 얘기를 하지 마십시요.)
9. Speak too loudly or too softly. (적당한 목소리로 대답하세요.)
10. Use the interviewer as your model–how are they speaking? Ask about the salary or fringe benefits first. .( 연봉이나 부수적인 베네핏 등을 가장먼저 질문하지 마세요.)
